Remember when Leftists accused conservatives of “conspiracy theories?” Now Joy Reid says mysterious hackers made her look like a gay hater

Rather than bravely own up to her apparent personal convictions that homosexuality is unnatural and “gross,” MSNBC news correspondent Joy Reid is doubling down on what many say is a wild conspiracy theory that published screenshots of her various “homophobic” blog postings over the years, saying they  are the result of hacking and image manipulation.

It all started when a Twitter user claimed to have discovered a series of blog articles published by Reid that don’t meet the political correctness guidelines of what it means to be a “progressive” American in the year 2018. Reid apparently wrote that most straight people “cringe” at the sight of two men kissing, while also commenting that adult gay men “tend to be attracted to very young, post-pubescent types.”

These and other opinions represent constitutionally protected free speech, of course, which means that Reid has every right to hold them – assuming she was the one who actually expressed them online. But she claims she didn’t, arguing that somebody must have hacked the so-called “Wayback Machine” from which the Twitter user claims to have captured them.

Even though Reid has previously admitted to holding politically incorrect views about homosexuality in the past, she now claims that she believes differently – a convenient position to take as far as her career at MSNBC is concerned. She argues that somebody or some group must be trying to tarnish her reputation by publishing fake images.

But the rabid liberal mafia and its army of LGBT crusaders isn’t buying it. Not long after being given an “ally” award at the 45th anniversary celebration of “PFLAG,” an LGBT activist group, Reid reportedly had it rescinded when the organization learned of the controversy.

“When we extended our invitation to Ms. Reid to honor her at our 45th anniversary celebration, we did so knowing about the blog posts from the late 2000s regarding Charlie Crist,” stated PFLAG National President Jean Hodges. “We appreciated how she stepped up, took ownership, apologized for them, and did better – this is the behavior and approach we ask of any ally.”

“However, in light of new information, and the ongoing investigation of that information, we must at this time rescind our award to Ms. Reid.”

Brokeback Mountain might break Joy Reid

In another of the newly released blog postings allegedly written by Reid, the news icon apparently wrote that she couldn’t be convinced by her sister to see the mainstream pro-LGBT film “Brokeback Mountain” because the thought of seeing two men having sex disgusted her.

“Does that make me homophobic? Probably,” she commented, allegedly offering up more opinions about various male celebrities whom she believes are probably gay.

Despite admitting to other “homophobic” blog postings with similar content, these, she says, are falsified. A representative for the Wayback Machine, however, says that, after an investigation, the company “found nothing to indicate tampering or hacking of the Wayback Machine versions.” Similarly, Library of Congress archives suggest that these blog posts are legitimate, and that Reid did, in fact, write them – or at the very least, that they were published on her blog.

But Reid is sticking to her guns in denying authorship of the blog postings, presumably out of fear that the LGBT mafia will destroy her career if it’s discovered that she does, in fact, hold viewpoints that differ from those of the homosexual agenda. This is, after all, how the LGBT mafia works – you either agree with everything it dictates, or face potentially losing your career or livelihood as punishment.
