Soros-funded group tied to Fusion GPS staged “Russian-style” false flag operation to steal Senate seat from Roy Moore

A Texas-based cybersecurity company called New Knowledge that was behind a “false flag” operation known as “Project Birmingham” and used Russian-style disinformation techniques was likely responsible for stealing a U.S. Senate seat from GOP candidate Roy Moore in 2017.

What’s more, the firm’s founder, Jonathon Morgan, may have inadvertently admitted his group created Twitter accounts posing as Russian bots after first denying any knowledge of it.

As The National Sentinel reported, Moore was running against Democrat Doug Jones in a Senate special election for a seat vacated by Jeff Sessions, who had left to become POTUS Donald Trump’s first attorney general. But Moore, besieged early in his campaign by reports that as a young prosecutor in his early 30s he sexually pursued teenage girls, wound up losing to Jones in a race that was still very close.

Nearly a year after Jones’ victory, in December 2018, The New York Times revealed details of the New Knowledge operation, dubbed “Project Birmingham,” leading some to speculate that it may have been responsible for tipping the scales to the Democrat.

Since then, additional details have surfaced indicating that the Democrat-led false flag operation goes much deeper.

The Daily Caller’s Chuck Ross reported late last week that Morgan’s firm actually has ties to a George Soros-funded non-profit group that is itself linked to former British spy Christopher Steele — who wrote the infamous “Russia dossier” — and the firm that hired him, Fusion GPS.

Also, he notes that a shady non-profit group called The Democracy Integrity Project, or TDIP, partnered with New Knowledge ahead of the 2018 midterm elections, purportedly to trace Russian disinformation networks on a website that was jointly operated.

What’s more, TDIP and New Knowledge both have ties to the Senate Intelligence Committee, which has been investigating Russian interference in the 2016 election, “as well as possible Trump campaign collusion,” The Daily Caller noted.

The intelligence committee provided Morgan’s firm with information from major social media platforms allegedly gathered as part of the panel’s Russian disinformation investigation. New Knowledge used it, in part, to craft a report, which was released Dec. 17, that implicated Moscow in 2016 election meddling.

The Democrat Deep State, not Russia, is the biggest threat to our election process

Two days later, coincidentally, the Times published its report revealing that Morgan and his firm were actually involved in the Alabama “false flag” operation targeting Moore which was billed as “experimental” and fashioned after ‘Russian election meddling.’

Additionally, The Daily Caller has since revealed that TDIP also has ties to the Senate Intelligence Committee; it’s founder, Daniel J. Jones, was previously a staffer for Democrats on the committee.

“[Jones] was also in contact in early 2017 with Virginia Sen. Mark Warner, the Democratic vice chairman of [the committee],” The DC reported. “As part of TDIP’s own Trump-Russia investigation, the group hired Fusion GPS and Christopher Steele, the author of the anti-Trump dossier.”

As for Morgan’s claim that he did not know about his firm’s creation of Russian bots on social media, his own social media history appears to contradict him.

“Russian trolls tracked by #Hamilton68 are taking an interest in the AL Senate race. What a surprise,” Morgan wrote in a Nov. 10, 2017 tweet, which mentioned Hamilton68, a tracking platform that was operated by the Alliance for Securing Democracy.

The tweet seemed to indicate that Morgan was talking about the Russian bots as if they were an established fact. What’s more, the tweet came less than a month before his firm created an internal report that documented the false flag operation.

Taken in sum, these revelations not only cast further doubt on the Senate Intelligence Committee’s veracity regarding Russian collusion and the Trump campaign, they indicate an incestuous relationship between the Democrat-run Deep State and its ongoing effort to undermine our election processes while blaming those efforts on a foreign power.
