In her most recent interviews, Secret Service head Kim Cheatle has repeatedly claimed that it was the responsibility of local law enforcement in Butler, Penn., and not her team, to secure the American Glass Research building on which Thomas Matthew Crooks, 20, shot at Donald Trump in an apparent assassination attempt. Butler Township Commissioner Edward Natali, however, says Cheatle is lying.
In a recent interview with FOX News, Natali explained how local police in Butler were given plans beforehand outlining their responsibilities, which were limited simply to traffic detail.
“What prompted me to post on the social media platform last night … is that our local public township police, their duties were assigned to them and we have an operational plan that details that it was strictly traffic detail,” Natali said.
“They were not detailed to any security detail related to the event, but to help people come in and out of the event if there is an emergency, those types of things.”
Natali sounds like he tried to let it slide at first, but after Cheatle continued to parrot her lie to media outlet after media outlet, Natali decided it was best to come forward to set the record straight.
“I was so frustrated and quite frankly hit my limit again last night when I saw Secret Service saying it was the responsibility of the local police department,” he continued. “That is absolutely not correct.”
Oooooo…. They are so Busted!!

One of the media outlets that Cheatle lied to was CNN. In the video below, watch as Cheatle lies about local PD in Butler; claims that Secret Service resources were not “diverted” from Trump to a different event for “Dr.” Jill Biden; and fails to answer simple questions about why the American Glass Research building was excluded from the security detail perimeter despite being so close to the rally.
“It was appropriate for that day,” Cheatle told the interviewer about why the perimeter around the Trump rally in Butler was smaller than it apparently should have been.
The American public is cringing at Cheatle’s blatant excuses which quite frankly make her look more suspicious and potentially complicit in a coverup. Was the intent to have Secret Service stand down that day to allow Crooks to shoot Trump? Was it all a plot from the very beginning?
“MatthewJshow” (@MatthewJshow) had an interesting perspective that he shared on X about this apparent inside job also extending to Pennsylvania State Police, which he claims was “in charge of securing the building used by the shooter.”
“Who runs things in Pennsylvania? Democrat Governor Josh Shapiro, who is one of the names being thrown around to replace Joe Biden,” MatthewJshow wrote.
The video below is also worth checking out as it reveals that a blanket tactical channel was used at the time when a local police officer in Butler did try to notify Secret Service about the presence of an armed gunman on the rooftop, only to be ignored:
BREAKING.?
“There was a blanket tactical channel being used. Everyone who was on that tactical channel heard it.”
